Are You Keeping up with the Maintenance on Your Boiler?

Avoid a Breakdown of Your Boiler and Have Peace of Mind Knowing it’s Safely Operating

Many times, it takes a boiler system failure to serve as a reminder of the importance of routine maintenance. After all, this heating system is often located in some dark corner in your basement or garage and maintenance can easily be overlooked and forgotten.

Just like other HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) equipment,  boilers (hot water baseboard heat) must be maintained once they have been replaced/installed.

The minimum maintenance period for most boiler heating systems is annually. In the owner’s manual you’ll find the maintenance checklist and the required maintenance for your particular boiler.  Depending on the type of boiler in your home, there are checks you need to make daily, monthly, periodically, every 6 months, at the end-of-season, first year inspection, and annually for the start-up for your boiler.

One of the many reasons we offer service maintenance agreements for boiler heating systems is because boilers are so complex!  M.E. Flow truly wants to help spare you the inconvenience of a service call for a boiler that’s not working (typically on the coldest day of the winter) and give you peace of mind that it is operating safely.

  • Never forget to service your boiler and you’ll save time and money -from breakdowns that could have been avoided.
  • Gain peace of mind knowing it’s safely operating –boiler failures can be dangerous!
  • Have a trusted contractor who will know everything about your boiler -your maintenance records will be located in one place.
