On December 31, 2015, I placed a call for no heat. I was told I would receive a phone within the hour. The call was received and a technician was dispatched. Once the technician (David C.) entered the property, David proceeded to the furnace located in the basement and ran multiple system tests on the unit. To determine the reason for the no heat issue. Once the test was completed, David reset the system and let the unit run to the desired temp set on the thermostat. Once the system was back up, David ran a few more tests to make sure the unit was operating properly. In addition, David has a wonderful positive attitude and was polite and professional.
