Both plumbers were very professional and personable.
Our kitchen sink and disposal drainage pipes/tubes became clogged and we could use neither. M.E. Flow sent Christian, who snaked the plumbing and discovered that the clog(s) were not clearable using the snake as the clog was too far down in the plumbing (close to the master pipe that drains bathtubs, bathroom sinks, etc.). The next day Guillermo, another plumber, came over and recommended replacing the pipes all the way to the master drain pipe in our utility room.
Both plumbers were very professional and personable and explained their approaches clearly. At any rate, I opted not to go with complete replacement, due, in part, to the price difference, and so Christian came back the next day to do the work. He was here for almost six hours, working diligently and finally located the principal clog a good way down the system. He removed the clog and gave me some excellent advice on how to keep my system as clean as possible. Both men are excellent representatives for M.E. Flow and my wife and I are both grateful for their skill and diligence. We feel the price was perfectly reasonable and will continue to use this company when the need arises.
