We had a clog emergency and they came through!! The main line out of the 20-year-old house got clogged (yes, it can happen!) and the basement toilet overflowed and the bathtub filled halfway up. Pretty yucky. Happened late in the evening after the DC area's worst snow and ice storm in years. While they could not get out to us overnight, they had a plumber call us that evening and we were able to get his opinion on next steps while awaiting service the next day. No damage to the house as we were able to contain the mess, they came out this morning almost an hour before their promised time (so grateful for that!). Their technician Ryan was super professional. Quickly diagnosed the problem after checking the outside main and the backed-up toilet and tub. Clog was where the lines from the tub and toilet come together and merge into the 3-inch main line. They had the right machine, unclogged the mess, and we are good to go. Terrific experience. They even gave me a military discount! I expected to pay an exorbitant price since it was an emergency. I think they were very fair with their pricing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM for any plumbing problem!
