I discovered a leak in the upstairs shower/tub drain due to shoddy work by previous plumber(s). I hired M.E. Flow to identify the source and fix the leak. Walter visited to assess the problem. He scheduled the repairs with an associate when the ordered part(s) arrived. Walter's work was very professional. He removed the pipe that was the source of the leak and clearly showed me from the removed pipe the crack that was the root of the water leak. The newly installed pipe and tub fixtures were beautifully done. I was very pleased. So much so, I asked Walter and his associate for a return visit to perform the plumbing work needed to move my laundry room to its future location in the basement.

A leak has been impacting my condo neighbors below for more than 2 years. M.E. Flow is the third plumbing company we have used to try to find the leak. They took all the steps that the other companies had taken, but they did it very methodically, and then they went one step further. They found the leak. They had to replace a pipe in my bathroom wall, which they did the same day. M.E. A special device was just set up on my AC/heat unit to shut the unit off in case of water leaking. This would prevent water damage to my condo and any others. Staff arrived earlier and finished the installation in a short time.
