I requested an early appointment on very short notice. Matt showed up as requested and quickly diagnosed the problem. Turns out that it was a mistake that I made when doing some maintenance myself. When cleaning the system, I did not reinstall the sensor correctly, causing it to not turn on. Easy fix. Only had to pay for the service call. I had lots of questions about maintenance, service, contracts, etc. Matt is very knowledgeable about many things and shared his expertise with me. I will definitely use M.E. Flow for any future issues I may have.
