Excellent service are the two words to sum it all up about M. E. Flow. They have been very professional and responsive. Once I submit a request for repair, they will get back to me asking for availability. Once I tell them my availability, they send a technician. I get a text with the technician’s name and photo so that I know who to expect and confidently open the door. The technician gives me a call within the hour of arrival as a heads up. They order parts if needed and schedule a follow-up after the parts arrive. I am part of the comfort club which gives me peace of mind that when something does not work, I know that I can depend on M. E. Flow.
