We were relieved to have a detailed explanation of what needed to be done, and to know that it is safe to operate the system until the part arrives and repairs are made. Excellent service are the two words to sum it all up about M. E. Flow. They have been very professional and responsive. Once I submit a request for repair, they will get back to me asking for availability. Once I tell them my availability, they send a technician. I get a text with the technician’s name and photo so that I know who to expect and confidently open the door. The technician gives me a call within the hour of arrival as a heads up. They order parts if needed and schedule a follow-up after the parts arrive. I am part of the comfort club which gives me peace of mind that when something does not work, I know that I can depend on M. E. Flow.
