After purchasing an expensive new furnace and air conditioning unit in December, I have had to have two subsequent visits from technicians. Dustin was my tech today, and he was very efficient, really friendly, and made today's visit less stressful than it could have been. I will request Dustin for all my future visits because when you have trouble with your heat or air conditioning, the last thing you want is added stress and he doesn't bring any of that! He is absolutely a solution-minded professional!
