Too long of a story to describe here, but an unfortunate error (rather unique, and specific to my home, so not likely to recur elsewhere) was made during a new AC install that was preventing the 2nd stage of the motor to kick on, so the AC could barely hold 75° and would creep up to 80° during the day. Throughout the entire ordeal (even when I was beginning to lose my cool—no pun intended), all of the technicians that came out, the plumbing manager (yes, even he stepped in to assist), the office manager, the GM, and even the Rheem tech were all completely dedicated to getting it right. Everyone kept their patience, extended their apologies, and did their best to help until there was a lightbulb moment and the issue was corrected, and now my new AC runs like a beauty! Appreciate everyone's kindness, patience, and positive attitude, even while I was beginning to lose hope. Well done, ME Flow team across every level of support, and thank you for finally bringing this unfortunate event to a close.

Of course, my A/C unit had to wait until it was really hot and humid to break down, right? I called ME Flow at 0600, and they were at my home before 0900! Instant connection of trust and open communication. I asked all kinds of questions, which were answered to where I understood (I didn't go to school for this). Installation was scheduled two days later! Technicians were fantastic, explained the issues of having to replace my 50-year-old unit (I definitely got my money's worth) and kept me informed along the way. Looking forward to a cooler house later today.
UPDATE: Installation did not go as easily as hoped, as an incorrect part had been delivered and completion was delayed until the following work day. But I have to say, everyone I dealt with—from whoever answered the phone, to the supervisor, to the different technicians—was wonderful! I will definitely be a loyal ME Flow customer.
