Dustin was my tech today, and he was very efficient, really friendly, and made today's visit less stressful than it could have been. I will request Dustin for all my future visits because when you have trouble with your heat or air conditioning, the last thing you want is added stress and he doesn't bring any of that! He is absolutely a solution-minded professional!

I had a technician come out to my home today to troubleshoot an issue with our thermostat, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Our HVAC system is older, and we were trying to use it with a newer thermostat that wasn’t really designed to account for a third auxiliary heating component. Because of that mismatch, the system behavior was completely off—when we turned on the air conditioning, the heat would come on at the same time, and when we switched to heat, only the emergency heat would run instead of the primary heat pump. It was clearly a complex wiring issue. Even though I didn’t have the exact thermostat model that would normally be recommended for this setup, the technician didn’t just default to telling me to buy a new one. Instead, he took the time to thoroughly diagnose the system. He tested multiple wires, identified what was usable and what wasn’t, and then repurposed unused wires to properly handle the relay logic needed for the system to function correctly. That level of troubleshooting and adaptability made a big difference. Rather than taking the easy route, he worked with what was already installed and made it functional. As a result, everything is now operating exactly as it should—cooling works correctly without triggering heat, and the proper heating stages engage as expected. Overall, this was a very professional and technically competent service visit. The technician clearly understood both older HVAC systems and how to integrate them with newer controls. I appreciate the effort he put into solving the problem the right way instead of the easiest way. Highly recommended.
