Flow representative, Victor Lezama, was on time and expertly accomplished for us the following furnace efforts: our annual ESA inspection, installed an air scrubber, and installed a surge protector. All of this work was done professionally and efficiently. Prior to installing the needed parts after the initial inspection, Victor explained thoroughly the reason for the required effort. On several occasions, Victor would stop his work and explain to me the function of the parts that needed to be installed. He is a very pleasant individual and easy to communicate with. After the work was accomplished, Victor gave me an excellent debrief on the effort. I highly recommend M.E. Flow and especially Mr. Victor Lezama.
