Jason came out to my house in Alexandria and set up our system for the summer months, which we were struggling with because we didn’t know what we were doing. There’s a whole set of levers for dampers and all sorts of things that he documented, labeled, took pictures of, and sent me those pictures with the instructions of how to change between seasons. I’ve had another AC company out, and they wanted to sell me on a whole system that was unnecessary. Jason was great in putting all this stuff together for me so I know exactly what to do. 5 stars!!

My HVAC technician, Victor, is a life (and money) saver! I was having awful performance and noise issues with my less-than-2-year-old Lennox system installed by a different company. Victor diagnosed issues, that other technicians could not, which were caused by the improper initial installation of both the heating and cooling systems. Victor fixed both systems and made other energy-saving recommendations.
