He is an outstanding plumber, in not only his plumbing skills but his personality. It is greatly appreciated. For M.E. Flow management, your plumbers need to do more detailed explanations regarding labor and major parts. A one total number for the work done that includes parts and labor does not reflect that. I look back on all of the previous invoices, especially those of high dollar value; there is just a total for whatever has been done. Thank you again, Chris, for your work.
