Commercial HVAC Technician - Leesburg

M.E. Flow is hiring experienced and mid-level HVAC technicians to support our Commercial HVAC team in Leesburg, VA!

As a commercial HVAC technician, you service and install heating and cooling equipment in our commercial accounts. You will providing routine maintenance to existing HVAC equipment, and install and service existing HVAC equipment including compressors, blower fans, motors, and miscellaneous parts. Required Skills:

  • Basic math, reading and writing skills
  • Minimum 3 years experience in HVAC field service or installation OR completion of accredited apprentice program
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • Experience with mechanical system troubleshooting using various tools and test instruments
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to discuss technical issues with a non-technical person
  • Ability to lift or manipulate heavy equipment
  • Ability to climb tall ladders and work in tight places
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions

HVAC Installation Technician - Alexandria

The HVAC Installation Technician performs new and retro-fit replacement of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including heat pumps, a/c, high efficiency gas furnaces, boilers, and ductless mini splits. Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in HVAC installation and service
  • Experienced with sheet metal, flue and gas piping
  • Ability to perform refrigeration brazing, recover, pressure test, and evacuate systems, low/high voltage wiring, and any other instructed work
  • Must be able to work independently under the guidance of Senior Mechanic
  • Communicate and educate customers regarding their HVAC system
  • Must possess all necessary tools to complete quality work
  • Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties, including lifting, climbing, etc.
  • Correct unsafe conditions in work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to supervisor immediately
  • Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and must undergo drug testing and a basic background investigation.

HVAC Service Technician - Alexandria

The HVAC Service Technician visits customer homes to install, repair and/or maintain HVAC systems. This position requires a great deal of customer interaction as the technician must understand the customer’s problem and be able to effectively communicate the diagnosis and proposed solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide maintenance and repair air conditioning and heating equipment and systems

HVAC Field Supervisor - Alexandria

M.E. Flow, Inc is looking for an experienced HVAC Technical Field Supervisor. 5-10 years experienced is required with a combination of that time being in both service and install. This position will be full time and will cover mostly the Fairfax, Arlington and Prince William County area of Virginia. NO commuting to Maryland or DC. Qualified Applicant must be motivated, energetic and committed to the position.
